Orange Silica Gel granules, available in bulk (loose grains) with an indicator (orange), are perfect for storing 3D printer filament. These Silica Gel granules are available in convenient 1 kg packaging.

Our Silica Gel granules are ideal for absorbing moisture during the storage of 3D printer filaments, protecting them from moisture-related issues such as clogging and quality loss of prints. By using Silica Gel, the filament remains in optimal condition for precise and reliable prints.

Our Silica Gel is free from Cobalt Chloride (II) (used in blue or purple Silica Gel), which falls under the IARC Group 2B category. Additionally, our Orange Silica Gel does not contain heavy metals as indicators and is free from DMF (Dimethylfumarate).

When the orange Silica Gel changes color to green-blue, the granule is saturated and can be regenerated for reuse. Place the Silica Gel granules evenly distributed in a flat dish in a ventilated oven at a maximum of 80°C for 3 hours, or until the gel turns orange again. This way, you maintain the effectiveness of the Silica Gel for protecting your 3D printer filaments.

Orange Silica Gel is widely used in storage boxes, filament dryers, and the Bambu Lab AMS of the Bambu Lab X1C and P1S.
